Meet Christina Coscia a downtown girl who found her rhythm in the Lowcountry.
Raised in the heart of Washington, D.C., Christina spent her early years attending school in Georgetown and growing up on Capitol Hill, surrounded by culture, history, and creativity. In 2023, she relocated to the Charleston Lowcountry with her two young sons and launched Home Simplified, a home organization and lifestyle brand built on the belief that function and beauty should exist together.
Christina approaches organization as both a practical system and a form of styling. Through Home Simplified, she transforms spaces for clients by creating environments that are not only functional, but visually calming and thoughtfully curated.
Giving back to the Charleston community is central to her work. Through her brand, Christina has donated more than $21,000 in time and services to local organizations and families in need.
She also founded Simply Giving, an initiative designed to support families navigating difficult life circumstances. By donating organizational services and rallying community support, the program helps restore order to homes during times when life can feel overwhelming.
As a trauma survivor herself, Christina understands firsthand the importance of empathy, stability, and support during moments of crisis. She believes that reclaiming one’s space can be a powerful first step toward healing — something she experienced personally and now hopes to provide for others.
Her long term vision is for Home Simplified to evolve into a nonprofit organization focused on helping families regain stability in their homes during major life transitions. Christina hopes that one day her sons will continue the mission of service, compassion, and community.
Her platform is built on openness, compassion, creativity, and styling.
Home Simplified’s social media platforms reach an average of 77,000 views per month, with analytics consistently tracked over the past year a growing audience drawn to Christina’s approach to lifestyle, organization, and community impact.
